We offer one year free easy broken parts to customer, if customer need any replacement spare parts, you can call or e-mail us, we will response in 12 hours, or you can contact our 24 hours online service. As normal time, the spare parts will be sent to customer in 48 hours.
Installation and Debugging
We will send engineers to carry out installation and debugging of the equipment in buyer's place if requested.Buyer shall fully cooperate with Supplier's engineer and make all the installation condition ready to work. such as: water, electricity, raw material etc.
In addition, our engineers provide on-site training on machine care and maintenance.
Freight Support
We use multi-layer film to pack the machine, and fix the machine on a wooden frame with a thickness of more than 15cm, and a wooden board with a thickness of 10mm will form a wooden box to fully protect the machine.
With our point-to-point freight support, we are able to assist customers in presenting the customs clearance documents required by any destination country.
